PLAIN BOX BOLT DOWN 50mm SQ TIMBER POST SUPPORT
These Plain Box Post Supports are designed for lighter-duty or temporary applications onto a hard surfaces. Suitable for lightweight fencing, bird tables, flower arches, fruit cages and estate agent’s sign boards.
BIC GARDEN Hot Dip Galvanised Post Supports allow the installation of timber posts in minutes without the need for digging or mixing concrete. Manufactured from heavy gauge steel for strength and durability, they hold the post above ground level, protecting the base of the wooden post against infestation and rot.
To help prevent the post from being pulled out the support box, we suggest you fix screws through the pre-drilled side holes into the post.
The hot dip galvanised finish provides the best form of rust protection, however it remains the end users responsibility to check for damage to the coating and paint touch up as and when required.
Post support box is 120mm high.
INSTALLATION
Using the bolt down base plate as a template, mark holes for drilling. Install using suitable anchor bolts. (bolts not included)
