Collection of Purchased Goods

Any goods ordered through this website can be collect from our warehouse in Cannock. We will email you when the goods are ready to collect.

Opening hours for collections are;

9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday

9am to 3pm on Fridays

We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays and on 30+31 March for annual stock take.

Collection of Returned Goods

Please contact our Customer Helpline if you want to return any goods. All returns must be approved prior to your returning them, we cannot accept returned goods that just turn up without approval. We can arrange for the collection of any unwanted goods from your address. The agreed cost of this collection is for the Purchaser’s account and will be deducted from any refunds, or charged prior to collection.

All returned goods must be unused and fully wrapped up with no metal showing. If the original packaging has been removed then please apply cardboard for edge protection and cling film all around works well.

Put the above address clearly on the goods as well as a note stating who the goods are being returned from and the reason for the return.
